If your order has not yet shipped or isn't in the process of being packed, we might be able to help. Please contact us for assistance.
Product can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For international shipment, we WILL NOT take care of import tax.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
You can pay by all major credit cards (Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover), through PayPal.
Your order will be shipped 7~10 business days after payment has been processed. Otherwise, they are shipped the following business day. Please note that Weekends and Korean holidays are not considered business days.
The products ship to EU countries and Taiwan only.
Shipping costs depend on the weight (and size) of your order, your destination, and the shipping method you choose.
